how do you put pics under the username?

Go to user cp (just under "Helllllllp!!!" in the top left of the screen) then click "edit avatar" on the bar to the left. Then you find an image you like from some site, copy it's location (by right clicking on the image you want and selecting copy image loication), and put it into the proper space for avatars from other sites on the edit avatar page.

Or you could upload one from your computer, in which case just click "browse" on the edit avatar screen and find one.

finally, click ok.

oh, and there are siuze limits on avatars. This may be the problem you're having. You might have to use Paint or Photoshop or something to lower the image size I guess.
