I would recommend Tibia if you're looking for a low-spec game, you might find it a bit grindy, but if you play it with a friend, it can be enjoyable. Welcome to Onrpg ^^.

I have an older system as well (Win98) but it handles The Realm easily http://www.realmserver.com. It isn't free but it is cheap.
