I just dow....bought this game called Zone of the Enders: the 2nd Runner, a fast-paced action rpg , where you are a pilot of a mecha called Jehuty. I just started playing but it hooked me up, it's great both in graphic and storyline. If you have a chance to try it, do so, it's totally worth it. Guess you couldn't except less since it's Hideo Kojima's production. Some concept art and a gameplay video:

Zone of the Enders? That title sounds familiar. I think there was a turn based strategy rpg on the GBA called that.

This game is just a rip-off of Omega Boost, and that game did it much better than Zone of the Enders.
I'll just stick with Mech Warrior.

Or ZOE did it much better than Omega Boost, seeing as how:
1) ZOE sold tons more than Omega
2) ZOE has far more to offer, whether it being unlockable mechs or multiplayer
3) I don't recall Omega being nearly as fun as ZOE, or having as brilliant of a storyline
Granted, Omega was a great game in it's day. Before finding the game, I played the demo on one of the Jampacks for months.
But there really is no topping ZOE in terms of console-mech based games. It's generally perfect.
And it's not cool to always try to be a rebel, disliking games just because they're popular.

ZOE is a brilliant game, whilst I never got around to completing 2nd Runner, the first ZOE was an amazing game.

If you can find it, you've gotta give ZOE 2 a try.
ZOE feels more like the intro to ZOE 2.
think you can hook me up with the place where you dow...bought it =]
