this is somehow illegal [correct me if i am wrong]

actually i believe it is because you are selling something that belongs to a company that has the rights. But then again alot of games use slimes that look exactly like that so I dont know lol it might not be illegal

all the slimes look the same to me... >.>

I highly doubt the slime design or idea is copyrighted by Nexon...
and she didn't use the "maplestory" trademark, so it should be ok...

ok even if the slime design was copyrighted... it's not like shes making a huge profit that Nexon will sue her.
In fact, shes doing Nexon a huge favor by promoting their game...

A while ago, people were selling WoW Cakes and I don' t think they got sued by Blizzard...

And no, your not breaking any rules. Copywritten things can be sold, as long as you are selling "your time spent making it" rather than selling THEIR image. Think about it- people make Mario fan art all the time (tattoo artists for example...or painters. That too), and they sell prints of their art. Is it illegal? No. They can even call it "Super Mario" and sell it if they want.
