Is there another signature place that's up more often than Henesys.com? seems for me it's down 50% of the time...

Not that I know of, but you could get a picture of your character and go to Graphics Shop section and request someone to make you a signature.

Though it doesn't get updated you have to put your lvl as 5X or what ever your lvl is.

If you do decide to go this way you'll have an unique signature rather then the henesy one that everyone has.
