The idea came to me when I was looking for an anime and I saw a list of animes. The list was catagorized alphabetically which wasn't a big help since I didn't know which anime was a horror one or a mystery one.

So I decided to make one myself.

Feel free to make corrections or to add a catagory that I forgot or add to the list. Note that an anime can be in more then one catagory.

Also please don't suggest any hentai or any anime that shows any explicit bits. Note that animes that have the characters boobs leaking half out is ok, only if the explicit bit isn't visible then thats fine.

Also check if your suggested anime isn't on the list before posting. To check Press Ctrl+F to find the anime your about to post, if it isn't on the list please go ahead and post it.

Hope this list helps anyone of you thats looking for an anime in a certain genre.

Isn't there a difference between comedy animes and action-comedy animes.. because they're in same section.

Yeah but in Simpsons they just get randomly revived the next episode or next second like nothing ever happened!
In Dragon Ball Z if Goku dies there has to be a whole sequence of episodes to get all the Dragon Balls and revive him.
I mean yeah you could explain it like that but anime gives more personification to the characters and puts them in a world where it's possible to get hurt in MOST anime's.
Or you could look at it like cartoon character's are actors in a movie that don't really have storylines and such but in anime it's like real life but with people with energy blasts and prehistoric beasts running around all taped by zombie Einstein with his esteemed colleagues Frankenstein and Santa Claus.
