In my opinion. I think the colours don't go well with his expression. He's an old dude giving that kind of cool stare, the colours just seem out of place to me.

I think old men with cool facial expressions are best suited for greyscale shots. Ya know, the classic dude with tired eyes, heavy wrinkles, a cowboy hat and a cigar in his mouth.
