What about "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" is a good anime. It involves killing, lots of blood, (like Elfen Lied) psycho friends turning against each other, and a new day after the "Cotton Festival."

Yes, if you like blood, psycho people, and a new killer, unexpecting plot, new victims, and disappearing people who might not be truly vanishing, look no further!

Of course, if you are confused to why a boy is chopping up people at the very beginning of the show and then it going to a completly new scene, I suggest you watch "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" first, to better understand it.

If you like being confused and want to see the whole thing through without ruining the ending, watch the first series. I warn you, the first series is going to seem kind of long at first, but a lot more interesting than the second (happy ending).

lol i sound like a robot because i say this to everyone but how about full metal alchemist.....it has its really dark moments and some demented shyt....but its the perfect anime in my eyes
