I'm looking for something that has a lot of player interaction and doesn't require endless mindless farming/grinding to play. I mean some is to be expected but i want to explore a rich world and interact with people more than anything else.
Any suggestions for free games that fit the bill guys?

Yes, Flyff requires a lot of that. I'd recommend Cabal.

FlyFF and Maplestory have a lot of grinding. In maplestory you get like 0.01 per kill at times. -_-
