I just realized how owning VeohTV is.

Just by looking at the "poster" for the anime you can tell it's hentai, whether hardcore or softcore. Character designers don't add an enormous rack on a character for nothing. I would be interested in it if it didn't look like it revolved around some hentai scenes. Definitely an acquired taste that I don't have.

1) It's not hentai.
2) There's too much censorship, no where near the level of Elfen Lied.
3) There's no explicit sex scenes.
4) Nobody in this anime attempted sex.
5) If you want to categorize this anime, placed it together with Elfen Lied.
6) There's 6 of this 45 minutes OVA, making Mnemosyne a total span of 12 episodes.

Censorship doesn't only limit to explicit sex scenes. Just like what Alucard said, I was actually talking about blood, boobs, etc, but I don't want to be any more specific.

Ninja Scroll's graphic content isn't hentai. It is tastefully done because it is appropriate to the storyline and none of it is ever straightforward, it's either shown for a couple seconds or it stops before it even starts. Maybe the OP show mentioned in the OP I'm over analyzing now before I really know much about it, but my initial post WASN'T over analyzing. It's just the direction the following posts in relation to my initial post has brought up additional thoughts.
