Shaiya probably has the best wasd in f2p mmorpgs.

List of WASD MMOs that I like:
Perfect World(Grindy + Skill lag)
Flysis (Its probably not what you think, but the movement is very WASD controlled)
Shaiya (It was meh.)
Guild Wars(B2P)
