Waiting for Mabinogi to go in official open beta, so looking for something to play till then.

I don't mind 2d anime style graphics, as long as they look somewhat like anime. 3d is good too though, my PC can handle any free mmo graphics.

1. Easily or at least somewhat soloable, I don't want to group all the time (I do group once in awhile though)

2. I don't mind a grind, as long as it isn't as bad as or worse than maplestory...that grind is unbearable.

3. I like doing quests and stuff, I like the rewards at the end of them and it gives me a reason to actually kill those 10 wolves than killing them for no apparent reason except to gain experience.

4. Fantasy based, NO sci-fi. I've tried various sci-fi games (Anarchy Online, Eve and a bunch of others) and I only like fantasy style games

5. PvP optional or certain areas for it...or none at all. I don't find it fun personally to be running around then suddenly being killed by 4 people

Thats about it, any free to play mmorpgs like this? Even though I'm waiting for mabinogi I'll probably play both if I like it enough

Perfect World
Maple Story
Guild Wars
Risk Your Life 2 and 1
Trickster

and I don't like matrial art based mmos either, so those are off.

Rather hard one to dodge when it comes to F2P games it looks like.
I aint to happy about all the Free open PvP either - i dont enjoy being ganked when im buzy with others! ;P
All the PKing in these games can drive me insane at times, not my type of fun ;P

Holic Online? - not sure if they do have pvp, it looked like a fun game
Fiesta Online? - somewhat grindy tho O_o
Sword of the New World? - Fun to run 3 chars on the same time - its a diff game style and also have a Non PvP server where u only pvp in duels if i remember right, This game is sorta lacking Quests that hold rewards, there is a few just not based on the quest system. lots of repeate for XP cards(bonus xp)
Asda Story - Seemed sorta fun if u like the cartoony games :) Has fun function with Soulmate's and u can run around dig the ground all over for items ;)

There so many game that has passed my computer - hard to remember them all ;)

Hmm...Trickster just really fits your bill, but if you really can't stand it (Even if it's easy to solo/even better with party, has tons of quests that give good exp and items, with good questable events that give more better items and free cashshop money), then I'd just recommend Nostale if you havent played it already since you're only going to be playing for a couple of weeks before mabinogi hits.

DOMO is great, I really like it. Probably will play it at the same time as mabinogi.

Tried nostale, and I didn't really like it myself.
