open the battery pack and hit the sync/connect (the red) button and then open up the slot on the front of your wii and hit the red button

Ska-Boy uses candles as i was about to suggest,
The heat given off will reflect the sensor from the wiimote causing a sensor bar effect, the inner area between the candles is the sensor

Anything that gives off enough light+heat works I believe, My sensor bar broke and I've been using two flashlights... one just doesn't work :D

Like it was mentioned Previously. The Wii Mote will work with anything Infa-red. Meaning like a well Lit Candle. or something of a little greater magnatude.
:) Mine worked when I had the FirePlace On! lol xD

The problem with candles is that they flickr. Then you get a skippy control.
I really want the Wireless sensor bar...I hate that huge ****ing wire. Its constantly getting pulled down.
