Please tell me the names of any MMO game that roughly fits this description.

Free to play... or one off payments to own the game and free to play thereafter.

Any genre- fantasy / medieval / historical / pirate etc

Ability to Join a team / gang / army / guild. be they (many) small groups to (fewer) massive groups.

your team / gang / army / guild participate in fights/wars against other team / gang / army / guild. these should be of regular occurance not just set battles each few days or week. maybe attacking villiages / cities / fortresses / pirate ships / etc or just large PvP team battles.

gaining of territory perhaps... or if it was a pirate game fighting and plundering ships.

hack and slash style game or shooting with ranged weapons

real combat/action vs say puzzle pirates that was annoying for me

the usual ability to chat to other nearby players

ability to do set story pieces or quests would be ok but not necesary.

1st person or 3rd person.

real time not turn based.

prefer good graphics but not essential

prefer real life graphics over cartoon graphics but again not essential

the usual ability to level up and find / purchase weapons and equipment.
