Well i recently bought PSU for computer and i installed it and when i click play either network mode or story mode, it goes to a black screen like its loading then it says this

if not english maybe try applocale
if not original looks in Phantasy star universe folder if there's any reg files, or unpacking u need to do, maybe an update; it's hard to say.
(umm u said bought so ??? dunno hey...)

try re-installing the game? or ummmmmmmm................... well browse for someone who's got similar problems
