"Duki" is the actual Japanese Romaji.

If you use Kannazuki no Miko, you will not get 神無月の巫女。
"Duki" is the right one to use.

"Zuki" is the romanized version, probably just to make it sound cooler/nicer, I don't know.

Either way is fine.. there is no clearly defined right or wrong.

I'd recommend Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora (http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=3573), it only has 6 episodes, but it's definitely worth it.
