Ok, so this is pretty much about repairing my laptop keyboard...Here is the story.

My little brother, was using my laptop. So he randomly wanted to "clean" my Laptop. He got this type of spray, that takes off stains and crap. He sprayed it EVERYWHERE on my laptop....and started to wipe it off. Then next day when i turned on my laptop. It started making crappy noises "As if you would hold down a button" and when the computer loaded my desktop. It started to Popup all the programs i have, Such as Yahoo Messenger, Internet, Adobe...And a bunch others.

So, what i figured is that none of the keys work. And my mouse pad works...but i cant tap it....i have to actually click on of the tabs on the bottom.

Now, im thinking how can i possibly repair my laptop keyboard/Mouse pad?
I know this sounds stupid, But should i try putting it in the sun? And it could possibly "dry" or should i go to Fry's Electronics, and buy the layer put beneath the keys...Which i dont know what that accessory is called.

Suggestions?

Smack your brother upside the head and make him pay for a repair.

i once spilt drink all over my laptop and the keyboard broke but i had a warantee so they fixed it for free.

if you dont got one of them then your gonna have to take it to get a new keyboard put in. sometimes though its just needs a bit of cleaning, like there might be a residue on the little contact thingies under the keys so that when you press it then nothing happens.

yeah try drying it for a day or two. then if it doesn't work head on over to frys.

in the middle, kick your sibling in the head once or twice for good measure.

Put it in a microwave.

Just make sure you don't switch it on.
