Head over to the Official site to catch the recently released version 2 of this summer's "Iron Man."

Personally, I think this version is much better.

I prefer the old one.

I can't take Iron Man seriously. I liked the idea of his story, but I just can't take him seriously.

It's because I've seen Hulk take him out with relative ease so many times. I perhaps should return to his comics.

The Hulk movie sucked *** though x_O . I hope Iron Man is gonna be worth the wait.

I didn't think it sucked. Being a Marvel fan I can safely say it actually captured the comic it was aiming at more than any other Marvel movie has.

Hulk's story is actually way more psychological than people think, and Ang Lee nailed that. That said, he is still the Hulk, and it did need more action. I just don't think it needed to be reduced to Hulk smashing things up for an hour and a half, that's not what he's about.

That's kinda what i thought. I liked the way the old Hulk series were, with Lou Ferrigno as the green giant...even if some might qualify it as "cheesy". Althought I gotta admit, the movie's special effects were astounding. I heard there's gonna be another one, right?

I've heard from one of my friends, who's cousin is an editor working on the movie, that Edward Norton is making it too much like the television series and just has too much creative control.

I still have faith, cos he's a fan of the best run of the comics (In my opinion).

I still think Christian Bale should have played Banner. Christian Bale should play everyone.

Thats because it's the mother****ing hulk. There are very few that even come near to Hulk's power, namely Sentry, Thor, The Watcher, and Galactus. They are on the power-level scale of god-like.

That, and the Hulk has a major bone to pick with stark.

Anyway, this movie is looking quite cool. I was never much one for Iron Man story until Extremis happened. Then he went all super-bad-***. Also turned him into an asshole, but hey, he's bad-*** now too.

He is the man, always has been. While everyone has been getting miraculous new powers out of nowhere, Hulk's gimmick has always been "The strongest there is.". It's genius writing really. He has limitless strength, so they can never make him too strong, so clever.

Well Galactus whoops most people because he's, you know, omnipotent and can do anything with a click of the fingers. It's not even a fair comparison. Same with The Watcher. Surfer is insanely powerful and he's about 5% of Galactus' power.

I've actually seen Thor pelting Hulk in the head with mjolnir and Hulk giving him his greens in return for his trouble, and we all know what happened to Sentry (Despite his fanboys not admitting it). That's why it pisses me off when Captain America is allowed to knock him down with a roundhouse and yet, gets assassinated by a bullet. Shittest writing ever.

Galactus is strong. Maybe too strong. Only the Phoenix at full strenght could make him trip. =/ The guy's draining planets ffs.

Norrin Radd

The Phoenix is shit, all the X-Idiots are shit.

The only reason they've got crazy powers is because Chris Claremont has X-Men bedsheets and a Rogue blow-up doll that he likes to have sex with.

That is precisely why. Fact. Undeniable fact. As fact as the Sun.

Well, it is comic books. Sometimes it's all :D, and then other times it's ;).

But, ofcourse, got to remember that Senetry is also crazy and has mental break-downs out of no-where.
Thor, well, Thor's power is not in direct physical strength. It's in his magic.

And I thought I'd at least mention two cosmics just in case someone says I left them out.

But yea, the Hulk is quit an interesting character, and how they set up his power is, well, good for you to be able to work with easily. Want him stronger? Make him madder. Want him weaker? Make him happier.
Really it's a simple concept... now if everyone else just realized that all they need for the Hulk is not swords, but words...

Or some of that Joker gas. That might workXD

Yeah, it happened cos X-Writers are shit.

I've seen Gambit beat The Gladiator by throwing cards at him. It all stopped after that. As for Storm, she got knocked out by a brick that was debris in her own tornado.

Iron Man isn't even in the league of mutant/super power hero really, he's more like a Batman. Of course he's gonna lose to Hulk. All Iron Man could do is fly away and maybe maneuver better than the Hulk but then again, Hulk can fly too (and travel through space, like jumping from planet to planet, iirc?) Hulk is practically impervious so it's not like any man made (or even genius, Stark made weapons) could penetrate, except maybe his SUPER ULTRA CHEST BEAM.

Iron Man is starting to look like a disappointment though, I gag at those explosion in the background while walking away scenes. And I walked out of the Hulk movie too. I think Spider man is the only one that has impressed me as far as all of the marvel movies go, even though I grew up and loved the animated spiderman series which I always interpreted PP as a 'cool' nerd and Tobey doesn't portray that to me.

And yeah, he jumped out of Earth's atmosphere once. Not from planet to planet.

In Secret Wars he was actually carrying Iron Man when his suit ****ed up.

You interpreted what I said ENTIRELY too literally.

I've never really been into comics. I used to collect them for a very short while because I thought the illustrations were cool, but never really got into the stories.

Ugh. I agree about the first two. I HATED the 3rd one. I mean wth? Venom for 20 mins? Green Goblin and Spider Man as a team? They lost me there. And the "dramatic" ending...yeah, BIG let down.

Iron Man will have to come out with better trailers to revive my interest enough to see it.

Spider-Man was awesome. Two would have been if they didn't turn it into a love story and make him lose his mask.

He wasn't ever the funniest person in the movie, that's the big issue for me. He's hilarious in the comics, and a bad-***.

Actually, I understand what happened there. This is going to be quite off-topic, but I just got to share this, because it will blow your mind on how much sense this makes.

Ok, so the director, he has said at the end of Spider-Man 2, when asked about Spider-Man 3, about Venom. He said that he hated the character Venom and would never, ever do a movie with Venom in it.

And them comes along SM-3, and what do we have? Venom! I thought, why the hell is there Venom in the movie if the director has such a hate for the character, and said that he wouldn't do a movie with him in it?
The reason is simple.
Venom is a popular character. Very popular. There is no question about that. The "men in suits" knew that too. They understood that as $$$$. So they forced the director to put Venom into the movie. How, I don't know, but they did.
So, in reply, he purposely fluked the movie. He made it as bad as possible. Because if you pay attention to it, the only parts that really suck in it are the parts that has Venom in it. The rest is actually quite good.
Making Spider-Man 3 suck was his big "**** you" to the men in suits.
And for that, I respect Raimi a lot.

That actually makes alot of sense. o_o
The sandman part was great. But yeah, it felt like there was way too much going on by the end. Venom killed it =/.
