im looking for a free rpg that:

-has raids/dungeons/pq or something along those lines
-is as less grindy as possible. for example maybe the game has many quests u can do to level instead of grinding(and those quests are not grindy..) or maybe its a quest-based game

AND preferably:
-has a skills system where u dont use the same skill all all over and over again i.e. maplestory =[ (as in i like WoW's skills system)
-has a system where every one or two levels u get atleast noticably stronger. example, maplestory you only start noticing stuff after 10 levels
-PVP!
-cool looking skills

also i dont mind the context of the game but it would be cool if its the kinda bow/sword kinda thing rather than guns.
