Never compare your work to anyone. You must believe that you are the best.

I actually like this one more. The white border doesn't match, though. It stands out way to much to be a border for a more dark, than light, sig. Scratch that, and use a grey or black one.

Text is really bad, again, try using a default font, and the lines on Nero look bad (or the transparancy of him)

Hm.. yes my text skills are terrible I admit that.

You should probably erase most of the effects off of the render.

render also seems a little over-sharpened.
