So I have this urge to take some musics and remix it, mash it up, add some heavy drum 'n bass to some spice girls, all that crap.
What am I gonna need?
Don't matter if you gotta pay for it i'm gonna get it anyway.

Audacity is all you need to begin with. Powerful, intuitive and free!
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
You'll know what to do as soon as you launch it. It's easy, but you can do a lot of stuff.

FL Studio, Adobe Audition.
Audacity sucks. All you can do with it is like, record, and a bunch of other stuff which no one really cares about. I mean, it's neat, if you HAVE drums and bass.

There was a program that also had electric guitar in it, but I forgot the name...

Definately FL Studio, as mention above. Don't be a cheapass and use the trial version like Soulja Boy, at least get the cracked version if you're cheap.

Depends on how you want to well you want to remix and how much you want to spend.
The most basic set up would be:
Some software E.g Neundo/Cubase*, Sonar, Pro Tools*, Logic(mac only)* or Fruity Loops.
And just blag it by using loops.
Or go to the next setup which would be:
Software
A midi/usb keyboard.
And then you'd probably need the multi tracks unless you want it to sound fairly cluttered although they are fairly easy to get.
And if you fancy going over the top because you're rich and want to blow some cash:
Audio interface
Mixing desk
Midi keyboard
Preamps
Monitors
Effects processors.
Though I doubt you'd go for anything other than just getting the software and perhaps a midi keyboard.
* is recommended

Fruity loops is alright for beginning but if your getting to the stage where you're experienced then I'd move on to something more industry standard.
