But the villains looks so much more gang gun criminal and scary >_< I prefer Penguin, Joker, and Firefly, more cartoonish and a little bit more secretive.

Wow Madhouse Studios and Production I.G, they have NUMEROUS past excellent works.
Now.. Batman.. something interesting.

Not sure about Studio 4°C, just a quick skim and there are only a few series I liked :-/
