This anime is about 2 levels up Elfen Lied. It's a good anime, nice action, and people dying.
It's not wayyy overboard like Elfen Lied, and actually has a pretty good story behind it.

Also... Oh my god, I just saw some of Elfen Lied and through 5 minutes of the girl with her telekinesis abilities it was nothing but nudity, guns, and people's head getting ripped off!
If it's really gonna be more violent then that from everyones opinions then it must be nothing but a huge monster with big tits, naked, and killing everyone with a pool of blood everywhere.

Oh how disturbingly accurate you are.. I'd say about even with Elfen Lied in terms of violence, but with a lot more nudity and stuff. Hmm.. maybe, Gantz has been going a lot longer, so maybe it's to scale?

Seconded. The manga's art is amazing too. Besides, the CGI in the anime is something I couldn't get used to =/. You should get the manga, it's sick.
