Well since I'm one of the 92% that listens to Rap, I would not tell you, but just wait a few minutes, and it will respond, cuz I got the same thing, using vista. ;o

turn off UAC on vista

everything you download, with UAC on, it seems that vista is some sort of scanning it

vista is MUCH better without UAC
