None of those are RPG's, they're arcade shooters.

There are tons of Browser Based RPG's (called PBBG's). Few are flash "based" but do have flash elements and in some case the main world is populated within a flash control. But don't make the mistake of thinking that flash = 3D.

That said, check the site linked to in my signature below, it has a large list of PBBG's and many have "depth" as you requested.
