Looking for an in-depth Turn-based game, bit like the eariler Final Fantasies. Partying and PvP would be nice features.

Fairyland is the only one I can think of off the top of my head. But, I wouldn't recommend it. They did the turn based animations right (if one side has 4 guys who can attack before the other side, they'll all do it at once), but that's about it, pretty much everything else is horrible.
