For some reason when I run trickster, I can't see any of the blanks, and after i click around, it usually gives me some sort of login error involving the server.

I hope this is the right place to put this.

Any help that can be given would be appreciated, thanks!

screen shot would be helpful, what do you mean by blanks? if you are having problems with seeing things in japanese (if your playing japanese trickster) then go change your unicode to japanese.

if you are playing korean trickster (change your unicode to korean)
is a combo :D

Chrono, the error message says something about server, the two first characters are sa and ba.. SABA = SERVER.

It says you cant connect to the server.

Did you open the exe or did you open the shortcut that was on your desktop? You have to log in on the website then click gamestart, You dont use the executable called splash. After you log in on www.trickster.jp you click on the big red button that says game start on the top right hand side of the screen.

in the window. It just closes a few seconds later, and nothing happens. I opened my firewall, but it didnt change anything. I think i'm supposed to configure internet explorer, but i'm not sure how to do it, since the instructions are in japanese only. I can follow some of the steps, but some others i cant.

Any more help is much appreciated :)

the three things u put say basicly the following. "theres an error with trickster, your sessions going to be timed out, the window is going to close in 7 seconds." You need to enable active x. You cant run trickster from firefox. You need to have installed the game on to your system, not just run it from a cd or something, it has to install a browser component into your internet explorer. I'm guessing its the active x thing.

mm yea. i'm trying to run it in internet explorer. I'll try doing some stuff with the active x and i'll post my results.

after doing that, you have to click "Yes" to any prompts that ask you if you want to allow ActiveX or plugins to run...

interesting... after i followed the steps, exactly the same thing happens except it asks me if i want to allow active X stuff. i click yes

Did that work? more screen shots would be helpful ^-^. Anyways I hope you get the game working maybe we can play together ^ - ^ b. Not many english speakers on trickster.

im on fantasia with some other people, but theres someone on jewelia too. Its up to you jewelia is the older more established server. Fantasia is the newer one.

hey chrono how did u register? i tried registering for the japanese version i cant cuz their isnt no button to compelete the registration...

how far in the registration process are you, or can you not start it at all?
