I need a game that fills one of these

1.a rts/fps which has a commander which controls human players a bit like savage but free and with a more thriving community.

2.Or if not one like battalion wars. ty :D

3.Or.. just one request any type of game.. aslong as the graphics look like tf2

Battlefield heroes has the TF2 look you want (youtube) I don't know when it'll be released mind you.

Battlefield 2 has a commander and can be played similiar to an RTS (The other players don't always follow orders mind you).

Not sure of games with a official commander. Especially ones that are MMORPG.
But here are some where you have control of units, though they are not RTS.
