RF Online have good graphics and is f2p

For now i would say Flyff,it's free to play but also has a cash shop or something like that.One thing about this game is that if you don't party with people you will get bored and leave it soon.But if you do party with people levels can go by really fast definitely if the people in your party will talk back. Not sure if this is much grind as i got to level 20 in one day.

On the PvP servers it's open PvP except against Vagrants (newb class). Anything else is fair game, but remember that even though it gets you items, attacking "innocents" will cause your name to darken and people will start gunning for you.
