How about you quit the bullshit and learn how to really code and do some networking.

Stop cutting corners damn, you.

byond.com. Good for starting out and getting ideas for developing games and trying out other peoples created games.

if you are new, start from the beginning by making an offline RPG.

You need to extract the files, then, not just click "run"
------------------

And if you want to make it big, yah can't do that with them. Basicly, anything made with their codes and IMGs is theirs.

Learn Actionscript(flash, basicly) and get a visual designer, and you may be able to finish it in a year.

Or Java is another alternitive, expecially for MMORPGs if you want to make it browser based like runescape. Either way, it'll take alotta time.

I go in and out of making MMORPG and a visual MUD, even though at heart I know I'm never gonna finish it with just my economics and stuff typed up, I need a guy to make the images and another guy to program, and I'm not even far enough into anything I did so far that they'll take me seriously.

--------------------
Its just better if you join a one that is in the making, once you learn a coding language.

GameMaker.com or now called yoyogames. You can make ANYTHING in 2d and also some things in 3d. Online or offline, you can use the D&G way of making for beginners or the GM coding which isn;'t too hard to learn. Im making a conquest rts currently very nice. The graphics you put are better than the graphics of Playerworlds and BYOND.
