I'm looking for an MMO. (Well, obviously) And I wanna know if there are any with these features....

-Majority of leveling is done in parties
-Spells have casting times. I dislike having your entire repetoire of spells being instantly casted.
-Unique Mage class. No/Few generic spells (such as 'Fireball', etc.)
-Versatile Mage class. I dislike having to specialize in one element (in most cases)
