i used to play a crossbowman on scania a long time ago. she's level 80 right now, i haven't played since ludi was released.

i browse the sleepywood social forums every now and then, and from what i've been seeing lately, it seems like scania is still packed and there are still a lot of hackers running around. i also heard 4th job is out and there are a lot more islands to explore and there are 30% and 70% scrolls and all, godly stuff everywhere.

anyone active on scania and wouldn't mind bringing me up on things?

well I dont play Scania anymore (in the process of moving) so ill try to update u as much as I can here :D

1. Yes, 4th job is out as are the skill books which you need to unlock skills.

2. Aqua road, Zipangu, Korean Folk Town,New leaf City, Mu Lung/herb town, Amoria is out. I cant exactly remember what else, but there are tons of new maps to explore.

3. Many new quests are out, a long with TONS of new items and cash shop things.

4. People in Maplestory can get married to each other now. Only available to those with NX cash.


4. 2exp cards are sold in Cash shop (doubles the exp you gain from monsters during a 4 hour period which you choose)

5. New Party Quests are out. To name a few, Ludi maze pq, Amoria pq (only for married couples), Orbis pq, Carnival Pq, and Pirate pq.

6. new boses. Zombie mushmom, Mushdad, Papulatus, horntail (i think), etc. Cant remember them all right now.

7. Hackers WERE absent for a long while, but just recently they have been comming back with a hack that screws ur guild up. May want to read other threads about this problem.

one more question. i hear sometimes there is 2x exp like after a server check or something. is that true too?

I know theres been 2x drop rate, idk about 2x exp...or maybe both at the same time.

There is double drop at some hours now, I think, check the website.
And I didn't hear about any double exp after server checks :-/... Well sometimes they go "We're sorry for the random server check. To make up for that, there will be double exp on [day:hour]" but that's a random event, not a rule.

Also, of the new stuff, NewLeafCity potions are especially noteworthy. They are crazy cheap. O_o
(You can get to NLC from KerningSubway station. I've sent my mules there to provide me with a steady stream of pizzas,sorcerer elixirs and ginseng root.)
