Maybe Shadowbane, I haven't tried since the server reset, I have no idea what the community would be like.

Metin 2 US or UK has a very nice community. The economy is based on supply and demand, so prices go up and down alot.

Last Chaos is overall a better game with nice community, but much grind.

Or Shadowbane, nice people and good overall game.
