When you run MS, make sure you click "Allow Program".

maplestory can recently only be played with new accounts from USA, CANADA ip address, if you dont live there you can't play the account you made.

you have to find a other maplestory version to be able to play. if above it true

I'm trying to figure out the first post... you log in, choose the character to play, and then it just exits without giving any error messages?

Really? I thought they only blocked Europe due to relase of MSEuro. It'd be slightly weird to just block the whole planet, when only a couple of areas have dedicated Maple versions...
but then again, they could do it, I'm not sure. :S

It would make more sense if it was KMS or CMS or JMS that it would direct him too, but even thats farfetched.
