Please visit the Roleplay section since the people rping right now, are bunch of kids which doesn't want to change their grammar and punctuality to meet up some of the "quality" rps.

Happy?

You may need some lessons yourself.

Just give up on the RolePlaying section, ever since all the old RPers left, it has been trash.

I agree Hiboy... Best fix up yours before you start complaining. RP-wise too. :P

I'm sorry to say this and I know that the mods of this site work damn hard and all, but we really need a new mod or two (or three) for the RP section. There's just not enough moderation in that section anymore, and thats a big part of why its so shitty. :(

As an aside,

I've started up a new RP if anyone's interested. Rich detail, interesting story and all that sort of thing. Come and represent what the RP section should be.

... please?:)

Before saying that go look at the posts I've made in hope to correct their grammars. Also there was some great RP before but since the lack of member to participle, it died.

We meant your grammar in your post. It wasn't the greatest :/

You really have no right to correct anyones grammar.

Please visit the Roleplay section. The people RPing right now are bunch of kids who don't want to change their grammar or punctuation to meet with the standard of quality in RPs.

Happy?

Now I am.

Besides, what do you expect us to do? I don't think a bunch of new people coming in and shouting at people to fix grammar OOC will really help things...

P.S. It's not a good idea to call someone a nerd and then ask for their help

What are we supposed to do? I've never been part of RP's in my life because they seem weird and stupid, so when some noob to the RP forum comes in and asks them to speak in correct grammar you think they'll care?

Finally a post with the F word. Gratz.

So does you, no right to tell me that when your post have a grammar error.

Oh my God. You're bitching about their grammar, correcting them on their mistakes, and you don't even know what puncuality is? Lord help us all!

punc·tu·al ( P ) Pronunciation Key (pngkch-l)

Paid or accomplished at or by the appointed time.
Precise; exact.
Confined to or having the nature of a point in space.

Why do u want them to correct them? Are you gonna steal them and make a book and sell it to make money?
Just leave us alone and we'll leave you alone.
Got it?
If you dont you better watch your back.

I don't really think grammar is the point. Sure, its a symptom, just like the cancerous string of bad RPs. The real problem is that no one has any respect for that forum anymore. Something needs to be done about that.

Personally, I think its because there's always so much spam and stuff thats at best pseudo-RPing on there.

Bill Gates said be nice to nerds =]

Anyways, really. Correct grammer looks good, but we can't really judge people by their grammer. What if English wasn't their first langague. Then we go off yelling at them behind their back. It isn't cool alright?

shaowsworn, you can't say the forum has too much spam. Some people DO care about it. You do make up the forum as well, and you can't argue that you've never spammed before.

So does you, no right to tell me that when your post have a grammar error.

"Finally, a post withOUT the F word. Congratulations. You don't either. You have no right to tell me to do something, you hypocrite!"

Learn to form a sentence and we'll talk. Seriously. I have no idea what you're trying to say 90% of the time.

Saint > You will never survive without posting a thing without any "offensing" meaning in it?

Offensive, but unfortuanatley true. You do have a lot of spelling errors in your posts.
Guys, this has gotten out of hand and way off topic. Rage on Dreams, if you're going to complain about the lack of good grammar in the Roleplaying section then work there to try and help out those who you feel could use improvements. Regarding everyone else, if you're going to post here then at least try to contribute instead of rejecting the idea.

My bad then, Translated the word from French.

Out of curiosity, why'd you translate it out of French?

Anyways, while I'm all for correct grammar, I really don't know how to go about fixing this grammar problem in the role playing section. It's unrealistic and somewhat spammy to go through and correct every bad post. That'd take freaking ages. Maybe I can just make a "Grammar 101" post.

Hey Rage, not meaning to be rude, but where are you from? Are you French?

Anyway, this topic looks like its becoming a flame war. We're not even discussing the real issue at hand anymore for the most part.

Three flame wars in one day, all caused by the same reason. People weren't patient with each other.

Topic Locked.
