Like, talking/acting in character etc

I'd really love an RP game and I guess the best one atm would be DDO (Dungeons and Dragons Online) or LoTRO (Lord of The Rings Online). Those 2 have a strong RP base and although they aren't free, they do have trials :D

Heh yeah :\ The best RP ive ever found in a game would be umm this one guy I played with for 4 hours on warcraft 3 in a Dungeons and Dragons map. Was awesome ^_^ It's only like 20$ for both of them now and I can host the DnD map along with a few other Roleplaying maps if you ever got it/ got on with me :D

buy neverwinter nights for 20 bucks and go to town.

Heh nwn is an excellent RP but I can never find a good crowd. I just uninstalled nwn2 though. Was bugged to hell for some reason and I gave up on it :\

LOL.... in darkages (f2p isometric mmorpg with pay for extra features) it is agaisnt the rules to talk out of character or use a name that is relevant to popculture.

There is only about 600 people online at once but that really is not that bad. i was on a populated server on FFXI and it had like 2000 people online.

DDO is i remember from the demo was very roleplaying relient... and i know that WoW has RP servers but if you have any sense you would not waste your time there.
