Alright, just finished downloading/installing the game and after finishing my character I log in, I click a few times to run around and what not then the game crashes and I get dumped at my desktop with a window thats titled somthing along the lines of "????" with some more "???" below it, the only thing I can read is this :

OS : Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)
CPU : AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2800+
Memory : Physical(959.4MB), Page(1550.9MB), Virtual(2047.9MB)
Graphic Card : HAL (mixed vp): NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU
Graphic Card Version : 6.14.0010.5672
Graphic Driver Date : 2004- 3-24 10:04
Build(exe) : [2006-07-04] [14:31:40]

So I have no idea whats going on, is my comp just too shitty to handle it or what?

Your computer should run it smoothly, but what i think is, you need to run spyware sweeper afew times.

This error is cause by Gameguard corrupting. Your computer is fine, its just gameguard that's f'ed up.

Try going to silkroad's folder>Setting> and delete every file in it

well, it depends on where you're crashing... If it is rite as silkroad opens, I think your comp is not good enough. Or if it is after you choose the server, then it is because the server is full.(Don't worry if this is the problem. It happens to everyone, and you need to keep trying to make it work.)

I realize that this is a little late but I know the problem. the same thing happened to me when I got the game. My friend told me the solution and now I shall pass it onto you.

1)Goto: Start Menu>Settings>Control Panel
2)Goto: Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options>Regional and Language Options
3)Languages Tab> Details...
4)Add>Input Languages>Korean

For this to work you have to be the adminstrator on your computer. After I did this Silkroad worked for me. If this doesn't work then I don't know what can.
