I tried to buy gatcha today but it would not let me. I have more then enough nx cash, and I'm lvl 23. I can buy everything else BUT gatcha...any ideas whats wrong?

In the event you're referring to Tespia, the Cash Shop is glitched at the moment. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the problem could be. Its quite an odd problem, indeed.
