Hey, I just joined the forums today because I was looking up FlyFF stuff and I got the link for here!
I just started playing FlyFF and im only a lvl 20 mage.
I was kinda wondering what a good way to get money was, I am poor at the moment and need money =P
I was also wondering if anyone could help me in the game (im not saying power leveling, just somone around my level to group with), someone who know about the game and has a character my level who can help me ^^
Thanks!

There's basically two ways to make money in Flyff.
The first is to "hunt giants". This is a difficult task, especially for a newbie and/or characters that are not built for giant-hunting.
Giants appear to be just a few levels above the level of the regular monsters, but their stats are WAY above that, and they are not to be underestimated.
The other way is trading. Learn the prices, buy cheap items and sell them with some profit. Getting started with this isn't the easiest thing to do --- you can easily check player shops to see what they WANT for an item, but you don't see whether they actually sell it.
Items in plaxyer shops are frequently overpriced. Even more so in Flaris --- there's people trying to sell lvl 15 rare boots/gloves/helmets for 50K or even more (= total ripoff), right next to the poor noob putting them into his shop at autoprice because he has no clue what he's selling...
To get some initial funds, feel free to sell off quest drops.
I started a new char on the new server (not playing it a lot, though). I haven't sold anything to players, just collected all item drops and sold them to NPCs (keeping cards, dices and rares (none found yet) in my stash), and never bought anything from the NPCs. IIRC i'm lvl 11 now, with about 30K --- not much, but if this were on Aibatt I would have started trading already. On the new server, I don't know the prices... so I'll wait a bit for the economy to settle down. It's dangerous to basically have Aibatt prices burned into my brain when trying to trade on a different server... it's still the same game, but prices might vary a bit nonetheless, especially early on when players don't have money and there's high demand for a completely different set of items than usual. Selling PD4 for 20K? Oh boy... I'll stick it into the stash and wait for the price to go up :-)
