I am wondering where the best place to find mets at with monsters below lvl 73?

I think you got the wrong part of the forum. This should be in teh Conquer Online Forum. and in reponse to your question, mets can be dropped on any monsters. that is if you mean mets=meteors.

the best place at below lvl 73 i would say is minmacaques. but once u can kill sand elf quickly then it would be there.
