looking for a cool 3d virtual community not Oz world, there and Second Life, better graphics than Oz..

The only other popular one right now is Furcadia. . .*Shudders*

Oz is the best one I can think of. I haven't heard much of Furcadia but I don't think that's a community MMORPG or a 3D one...

Anyway, I can't think of one with better graphics but I do know some community games. I'll post screenshots with them to make everything easier.

This is basically a virtual chat room, with a hated fan-base about 200 members lower than Runescape(that's HUGE, trust me!). The good thing is, that it is a browser game, so you don't need to download. The bad thing is, it got people around the age of 20 and all, but mostly filled with people younger.

Virtual Magic Kingdom

This is basically a virtual version of Disney land, but it's free and fun. I met a lot of cool people there.
