+-Theme
Action! yeah so when I inivisioned this I see sigs that create the emotion of alot of motion. So, let it move, but still images only. Please.

+-Dates and Time
Submissions must be in by Sunday, May 18th, 12:00 EST NOON *read down for note*
Voting will begin Sunday, May 18th 12:01pm EST
A winner will be chosen Monday, May 19th

+-Rules and Regulation
Only one submission per user
Signatures can not be pre-made or ripped
The maximum size allowed will be 450px x 250px
All submissions must be PMed to me.
No animation despite the theme.

+-Notes
The voting is starting at 12 noon because I feel that it may be such a short notice (people's time to create sigs is reduced by 2 days) so I feel that 12 extra hours for any last minute sigs is fine with me. Also I think that 12 hours voting time is plenty especially on Sunday afternoon when most people will have nothing to do.

Contestants are not allowed to change their submission before the voting commences.

+-Prizes
The winner receives a Signature Of The Week Userbar featuring their own signature. (Made by Serix if he agrees to do so).
The winner gets to think of next week's theme change and any minor changes in the rules. **
The winner receives bragging rights.

** Yeah, I think that the hosting should stick between myself, Serix, C&M, and maybe someone else. We can rotate if that's ok with you guys.

Works for me, I'll still make the userbar, but probably wont enter unless I find a time slot where I can just mess around.
