It was done fully in photoshop, used her picture as a reference

I found the photo he used for this hoax, it's in his photobucket gallery. And here's the best part. I cut out the same part from this photo and put it onto his "brush art" with lower opacity and guess what. A perfect match! Serix you two-faced liar. Shame on you.

Yeah, I thought it looked like an edited picture because of the lighting on the hair, that would be extremely hard to accomplish with airbrush. Can't put any more emphasis on extreme.

Anyways, for those non-paranoids, the brush settings are:

60% opacity, 40% fill.

go in brush options using a soft brush 10-20px and select other dynamics > fade 25%

and honestly, if I wanted to jack the wiseguys style, I would have used real cell-shading using illustrator.

Didn't brush over it, in fact I forgot I had those pictures still saved, and they don't really care, they're just happy they can help me out, and I photoshop their pics in return.

hardly, I used a few filters at the end, mainly a dark gradient on hard light, duped the image and soft lighted it, thats how the effects came about.

and with the brush settings above, you can do exactly what you do with a tablet.

As I said, i've been experimenting brush settings on this for quite a while.
