jewel of immersion still works the same way

weapons have been changed

he no longer owns a stave of changeover, it is only a retractable rod

but as an addition the wiseguy's left hand is wearing a metallic glove called "Fist of Fury" which is used as a bonus weapon

suit is still made of kevlar and nomax to be bulletproof and fireproof

all of wiseguy's weaknesses remain the same

also when The Wiseguy steals a power using the jewel, the jewel glows red and lights up the eyes on the costume in red as well

Reminds me of megamen for some reason, probably because of that big arm of his, I like the first one better because it looked like a funny character ;p

I think his shoulder is out too much maybe? I like this one even more its proportionate.

Cut off the left arm (or just change it) and it's good to go.

Sounds exactly what Hellboy has. Anyway, you're on the right track, but you need to make a few changes to set apart and make your character unique (is that what you want?).
