No I didn't choose the theme. Cody just pmed me the theme.
Contestants are not allowed to change their submission before the voting commences.
I'm creating the thread 2 weeks in a row now... If anyone would like to host next week then please PM me. (You don't get to choose theme.)

The winner receives a Signature Of The Week Userbar featuring their own signature. (Made by Serix if he agrees to do so).
The winner gets to think of next week's theme change and any minor changes in the rules. **
The winner receives bragging rights.

I'm not sure, but i'm pretty sure I can't participate because i'm recieving all the entries and it's like someone's sig has been posted somewhere else or i've seen it so i've got an unfair advantage. That's why I want someone else to host next week. Well it doesn't really matter bc i'm too busy to do it this week anyways but whatever.

After not making a sig in awhile and me not really trying, I've made a sig that will lose for sure!!!

I think the idea behind not participating when you host it is so that you dont win twice in a row,
