Ok the problem is that i've recently registered as a foreigner acc at PMANG (i had the pic of the document of my friend and he let me use it). Luckily the registration was succesful. I was very anxious so i waited 2 hours and then try to log in :D. Now the problem is i got this web everytime i try to log in:

-Is it that i have to wait more?
-Is there anything i've missed?

I would apreciate if someone with a FOREIGN ACC created could give me a hand. Thanks =).

I have a foreigner account made. I put in my State ID as well as my passport and received my account two hours later. I don't think a passport is necessary, but giving them two forms of ID would probably be preferable. Try a driver's liscense with the document. Also, you need to have a picture of yourself (or in this case, your friend) in order for them to verify you're real.

give them around 24 hours.
