Hey I've been playing for a bit and I was wondering...
I'm currently level 26 with a Pure Dex Blade build and this came to me, should I up my sta? I mean, sure, its a PURE DEX build but without some sta I'll be doomed, even with an RM by my side most of the duration of my leveling. I currently have 65 Dex and nothing else. Should I up my sta a bit? Thanks for the tips in advance.

Going full dex would not be very wise. Once you are a blade, with buffs, your attack speed will be maxed out at around 60-80 dex. After you get 60-80 dex start adding str and stam, but try to use more str.

Well...this may be modified but I have a few choices for when I hit 60:
25 Str 24 sta and 114 Dex or
27 Str 26 sta and 110 Dex or
22 Str 21 Sta and 120 Dex...
If you could help me find a good middle point in all this that would be great.

I seriously suggest no more than 80 dex, attack speed cap can be reached after level 60 with a few buffs, adding str would help cause more damage per hit which is always good to have.

Thats about 10 other blades told me...but seriously, I'm not going for the max cap on the speed, cause you never know the next cap is a long way up on the dex table, why not get to it? Also, With how well the dodge and hit rate will be with this build the "only" thing that might be able to hit me anyways would be a crit from a monster. Then again, I'm a total noob to the game. I just dont want to make another "cookie Cutted" Build like everyone else has. :|

Hmmmm, I guess you have a point, I haven't really seen many blades with that much dex, nor have I asked about any of their builds. But, I'll ask them today and see what I can find out for you.

Thanks....and I've come to a conclusion. A friend of mine had shown me light about having alot of dex on a blade. It has better hit rate and better dodge rate but with an RM its just about as boosted as a regular blade, maybe better. The "best" area he had said was around the 96-12x area. So, I'm going to stop my dex at 96-99. Seems more reasonable too. But contenue asking people, i'm still only level 26 =P.

Full Dex Blades are really fun... and also very expensive in the beginning...
As for dodge rate... Unless you are fighting monsterse 5 levels lower than you, you might have a tough time actually dodging a monster... I'm not very sure about the "flee" system in FlyFF so I can't help you much on that.

By lvl 60, you should have around 45-50 on both STR and STA. And, like DarkSin said, only have around 60-80 DEX. The speed boost you get from that amount of DEX is enough for you.

This is the 6th topic that justine has revived. Again, I'm now off to report him for reviving a dead topic. I've told him about 3 times to not revive old topics.
