Hey not all text based games are stupid, lesser graphics normally means they had more focus on the actual content of the game, I'd take Lands of Hope to Cabal Online any day of the year.
On Topic:
No such thing as a "good" 3D browser mmorpg. It's runescape or nothin better.

You can try Seeds of Time Online (http://www.seedsoftime.net). It's similar to that description, though you don't "control" your character directly except in dungeons (in towns/outside, you click directly where you want to go and you're there instantly, making navigation easy). In dungeons, you click on a compass which direction you want to go, and your character moves (visually) in that direction.

Fallensword is good.
MaidMarrian?
Adventurequest? (lol)
-----------
Runescape installs up to 1GB over the period of half a year ... curious, as they do not list that as one of their rights in the terms and conditions.

Graphics are the last thing I look for in a game.... except... when they are brutal like runescape.
Playing that game makes my eyes bleed.
