Aw, my mom lost another 100 euro's, she bet for Italy and the last match she bet 100 euro's for The Netherlands (vs Russia).

It was a pretty boring match, got nothing else to say

Well, I think it's fair to say many of us suspected that Italy would lose, the fact that they survived that long is something.

...First off...Incredible game..? Did you even try watching it? It was incredibly boring...seriously I don't watch football matches that often but god I nearly fell asleep.

But frankly Italy played very badly, most people were actually expecting that since we were missing key players, and it showed (especially in attack). But Italy's fate was basically sealed when they got to penalties since Italy doesn't have a very good history of that...one of the only times we won was against France in the world cup.

On a brighter note Spain's David made me laugh like hell sinc ehe kept launching himself to the ground like a madman XD.

Honestly, the "incredible game" feature came in to get a good percentage of the American's who read this form (and I understand there are many who do in fact watch football) to watch the Semi, and Finals, and so on. The only interesting part was really near the end. Though, truth be told, I did enjoy the game, just not as kindly as some others.


All in all, I can't wait to see the finals :)

Meh but it kinda pisses me off since I know Italy could have won if it had the right players (or if we had gotten lucky in the penalties XD) and it especially pisses me off since I live in Spain...yes life is unfair I know :(.

What I don't understand is, Del Piero is an amazing penalty taker who hardly ever missed, and was on the pitch, so why the fuck did Di Natale take the one that truly mattered?

I agree 1000% on this...Donadoni is a complete idiot for not making the attackers actually take the penalties...things might have been different...but oh well, no use crying over spilt milk...Spain won...fair enough...but I'm counting on Russia to beat them...muhahaha I am evil.

Also Del Piero came in WAY too late into the game in my opinion but oh well...Donadoni's gonna get sacked since Italy got kicked out of Euro2008.

It was a good match, but I feel that if Del Piero was in earlier, we could've at least got that first goal which would've made it all the different. We were missing players, and Toni was doing shit all. The refs were pissing me off too haha. Oh well, theres always next Eurocup ;).

But yeah, sucks that Italy is out. I don't follow soccer much, but Italian food kicks ass so I always root for Italy, then Brazil. Who's left?
