I don't really have any pros and cons but
dofus was somewhat like that
to learn new one once you have 3
you have to buy a forget potion or create one if your an alchemist

I see well Rohan has a lot less grind in the game and a really good game design (it's a little more quest based and you don't spend 20 hours of grinding to get to level 2)
Cabal Online is Grind City, it is a decent game once you get past that but I think it has everything you're looking for.

well cabal looks very interesting, but all i see from the videos was that it has a variety of class skills. Unless i skipped some readings and didn't see the other stuff.
i think i might choose Rohan unless, i really did skip some stuff.

You could try Wurm Online:
1. Doesnt have classes, so no 'class skills'
2. Skills a plenty
3. Got pvp on the Wild server, and sparring/dueling on Home server
4. I've no idea what homing is
5. You can tame animals to be pets
6. Free with Premium accounts
Pros:
Massive world, everything is player made, loads and loads of skills, terraforming, sailing just implemented yesterday, excellent community
Cons:
Requires patience, models aren't very detailed, any animations are a little rough, can be really annoying at times, lag issues for some.
The Not-like-WOWness is a pro for some, and a con for others, read this review for a better idea: Clicky (http://www.gaxonline.com/profiles/blog/show?id=1511077%3ABlogPost%3A156815). Ignore the 'Anti-WoW' :p
For me personally, its the best I've ever played, because it has no comparison. I've never played an MMO like it. I must admit, I first joined a year or so ago, and I thought it was the most boring thing ever, but then I rejoined last October. This is the first mmo thats kept me interested for so long :)
There are no quests (well, theres one when you start, its just to give you your newbie gear and teach you some basic survival skills) so you set your own goals, to say, flatten the land, build a house, get a farm going, etc.
So, Wurms not for everyone, it does require a lot of patience and sometimes it might make you so frustrated you'll want to go break things, but theres a certain sense of achievement and pride you get when you finish things lie your very first house that keeps you going. At least there was for me, anyway. Theres a link in my sig if you want to give it a try

ultima online has all that you listed no classes just lots different skills so you build your own class. the pet will always be stronger then regular person but since they only have the brain to attack, follow, guard, stay you can outsmart tamers and take them out couse ussualy tamer dont have wrestling to defend against melee or magicresist. depends what skills you put on your tamer i ussualy go with tamer with magicresist that way my animals can defend me from people getting close to melee.houseing anywere out of town very customisable up to 4 stories can attack people from your house ban or freind people to house all character on that acount are automaticaly co owners of it.
cons: its 2d 2.5d no guide lines,"couse you realy dont need any just live midevil life and better your skills so you can acomplish things quiker."
pros: totaly skill based so the more of brain you have on you the better you are.also unlike most 2d this game is very smooth and fast paced very clear looking on what your character is wearing or holding.when pvping your always on the move. google uogamers:hybrid for the best community.
